I visited Next Level in Midlothian today and was very impressed with the immediate greeting I received from the office manager, Devan. She was personable and friendly. She truly seemed to enjoy the work she does and the customers she encounters. While sitting in the waiting room (there was no wait, as I was waiting on my friend to finish up with her appointment) she greeted every package delivery person personally and not just a generic "hello". If you are looking for a hearing specialist, look no further than this office. The great customer service starts at the front desk, to the specialist, and back to end your appointment at the front again. Thank you Next Level Midlothian for a terrific experience. What a great experience I had at Next level Hearing Care! Elijah Tozar (Va-HAS) was kind and explained what he was doing at each step which greatly reduced my anxiety. He was transparent concerning my insurance benefits, the costs and features of each of the aids. He was patient and didn't try to "upsell" me but listened to what I needed and what was important to me. The lady at the front desk was also kind and professional-I felt very well taken care of. Highly recommend !

Mailed a flyer indicating three insentivies but you could only use one. After 2 week trial, get $100 gift card. Still have not gotten the card. Been well over a month. Hard sell tactics.

Tremendous experience and it simply put added to the quality of life for not only myself, but also my family, and friends as well. The process is extensive and was well explained. After the initial testing the options for aides were well discussed and the best type for me was provided. I had tried in the past to initiate getting hearing aides but the follow-up was not there and when it was there was seemingly only a money grab in play. My experience at Next Level Hearing has honestly been life altering for me, and I did not feel at all like I was taken advantage of and that gives me peace of mind. I am looking forward to working with Next Level Hearing for the next few years and beyond as I continue on this road to better overall quality of life.

I met Elijah Tozar, Va-HAS, at the Richmond Marathon expo. My hearing has been bad for at least 20 years, and with the lure of free testing with no obligation, I made an appointment. After seeing the results, discussing all the options, reviewing financing and a little prayer, I got my first hearing aids. Two words - LIFE CHANGINGud83eudd29 Elijah and staff, Brie, made this entire process easy, not intimidating, and they have been outstanding. I highly recommend anyone thinking about a hearing test to simply call & check it out. You never know!

The audiologist was professional and I felt I received an excellent testing experience. However, he chose the wrong dome for my left hearing aid. I felt pressure and pulled it out. I measured it against my old dome and found it to be much larger. I changed it with the correct size. Thus, when I pulled out my left hearing aid this morning the receiver broke off. I don't feel this breakage is my fault because I had to use additional force to remove the aid for recharging thus the receiver wire broke.

Audiologist was a very caring and patient person. Due to a build up of wax I was unable to get hearing test but she tried to get it all cleaned out but gave me instructions on how to try to get it cleared and an appointment for the following week. Could not have been better.

The staff at Hearing Solutions is awesome! They have taken wonderful care of my grandmother. Anytime she has any issues with the hearing aides they are very responsive and caring. Very prompt making the appointment and seeing me on time. Dr. Denney was very thorough and patient. She took her time explaining everything and answering all my questions. I was very unhappy with my hearing aids and she fixed them to address my issues and other issues that may arise. In addition, she scheduled a follow up appointment to ensure that all was well. I am now happy with my hearing aids and wearing them every day which means I can hear which translates to a better life.

I had my first hearing test since 1992. Very impressed with new technologies for testing and prescribing hearing aids. The hearing aid that Dr Denney demonstrates for me is amazing in clarity. Highly recommended practice.

Took my son in 6 months or more ago for a hearing evaluation , knowing he may need hearing aides. Evaluation completed and aides recommended. No hearing aide coverage through insurance however since my son has Down Syndrome, he has Medicaid as secondary insurance which I explained at the time of his appointment. I was assured following the evaluation that they would contact and work on other resources that they were familiar with for funding to cover a portion of the cost and that filing with Medicaid would be a last resort. I haven't heard from them since. I did call and speak with the audiologist once and was given the same assurance. Now that we have hearing aide coverage, I will be taking my business to someone who cares more for my sons ability to hear than their bottom line. Not once was cost discussed or a payment plan. No effort was made on their part to ensure my hard of hearing son got what he needed. No thanks.

The staff was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. My audiologist actually made my experience fun with the various computerized tests. She then explained the results to me. The whole experience was wonderful! I plan to follow up in another year just to see how I am doing. I would highly recommend Hearing Solutions! I wish I had known about them sooner!

The nicest thing in life is just being understood and accepted. My son and I have always felt that way with Jean Couchman as his Audiologist. We started with her when he was only 2 years old and even now when he is nearing 32 years of age she has fitted him with high tech hearing aids that have made a remarkable difference in his life. I was able to finish a Bachelor degree program in college and never missed a beat in my work environment! Things like this can not really be measured or thanked enough.

I made the appointment and they got me in pretty quickly. The office was clean and it looked like they were following Covid rules. The audiologist (a young woman, I feel horrible that I canu2019t think of her name) was very friendly, explained everything and made me feel comfortable. The results were that I only had a small bit of hearing loss. I liked that she suggested to take a u201cwait and seeu201d attitude. I wasnu2019t sold anything. Iu2019ll be back in about 18 months or so.

Jean Couchman of Hearing Solutions is very professional and knowledgeable. She patently answers questions and provides the information to make good decisions about hearing instruments. The Resound LiNX2 hearing aides I got from Jean have been wonderful. The sound quality is great and the convenience of control and direct streaming of telephone and music from a phone are wonderful.
