Kadyn Shoults was delightful to work with. She adjusted my hearing aid frequence in both ear on 2 occations and demonstrated the proper way to replace the tip filters and rubber cover.

Great customer service

Very disappointing! I was a patient of the former audiologist, Dr. Grote, for 14 years and was very pleased. I made 2 visits in the last 30 days and despite being a little early for my appointment waited 30 minutes past the scheduled time on both occasions. The first appointment was for a 5 minute service and when I returned a week later for a hearing test, it could not be done as the doctor had neglected to check my ears at the earlier appointment for wax. I don't know if I will return to this practice but, if I do, I will request a different audiologist.

The service was excellent' Brian Hunter was outstanding. I recommend Next Level for anyone seeking hearing aids.

Great customer service

This practice was very good until it was taken over by Next Level. It had friendly, personalized service. Customers paid hugely for hearing aids and received great service in return from the prior owner and her family. Taken over by a larger firm following the retirement of the original doctor, the practice is staffed by unfriendly people at the front desk and in the office. Patients are served in the public waiting room rather than in an office. They are mostly unaware of the warranty, quarterly cleaning and diagnostics, free annual hearing tests, and three years of batteries included in the purchase. What a disappointing turn of events !!

I Betty Long -Morton would highly recommend this facility to my friends and family. Dr Tara Royster was very knowledgeable of her work. I asked her question abt the ringing in my ears and she explain to me just what was going on in my ears so I could understand the technology of the issue at hand. I give this facility 10 stars if this goes up to 10.

Not hearing well at all and no office visits available this week. Iu2019m an unhappy camper.

I made an appointment yesterday with this office for ARB, VNG testing. I was on the phone for about 15 minutes giving information, setting up my profile and scheduling. We finally found a time that worked. This morning I got a call that they could not longer see my son for his audiologist appointment (this appt was for me, never mentioned having a son) so I called thinking it was a mistake. Nope, the receptionist had scheduled me wrong- okay, no big deal (I guess) so we went to re schedule it and this lady tells me they no longer do these types of tests... no longer? I just made this yesterday. Welp in this short time apparently they have run into issues and can no longer accomodate. My issue is with this receptionist that wasted my time yesterday, I had already made arrangements for the appt and for what? Definitely disappointed, maybe the doctors there are wonderful, but I will never get the chance to find out.

Professional staffs, Doctor was very thorough, detailed, and professional. Made my anxiety down with her calm mannerism. I recommend this place to anyone who needs hearing test services!

The specialist that saw us was so friendly and efficient. We had a almost 1 year old and she was just amazing in keeping him busy while the testing was going on.

Staff is very courteous. I am usually in and out within 30 minutes of arriving, most of the time sooner.

My 20 month old son has a speech delay and had a number of ear infections so his pediatrician referred us to this practice near our home to have his hearing checked. Everyone here was so kind and calming! Mrs. Anne-Terese Horning had some help from Mark Grote. Mark- you were so incredible with my son. He was not afraid of you and was very receptive to what you was did and said to get his attention. You really are great with children. Anne- I really appreciated your compassion and really listening to me and knowing how to manage a mildly anxious toddler. My son means the world to me so to have professionals that are also kind and patient with him is all I could ever ask for. Thank you for a great experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Grote for over 20yrs. now and have stayed because of her competence, efficiency, and kindness to me through the years. Mark. her maintenance assistant, is also very helpful and kind and they both make sure I understand everything before I leave the office. Can't say enough about both of them.

In a world where getting good service is increasingly difficult, I was pleasantly surprised to receive such professional treatment. My 2-year-old daughter was born during the pandemic and has not been socialized. It's hard to go anywhere and know how she will respond. Previously, she's cried when approached by strangers and even family members. I was stunned at how Ms. Horning knew exactly how to make my daughter comfortable. It was amazing to watch her use patience and expertise to overcome any potential problems. She totally won my daughter over and was able to conduct multiple tests and even place devices on my daughter's head and in her ears without any negative reaction. We had a totally pleasant experience and all tests were successfully accomplished. I would highly recommend this service to anyone, especially parents with sensitive children.

Customer service could be better. A message saying the office is closed for days would be helpful. As customers we have no idea why you say your office is open 9-5, M-F. Then when we call the message says you will return our calls momentarily. It gets very frustrating that no one returns your calls for days.

I was visiting from Sarasota and had a minor problem with my hearing aids. Mark helped to resolve the situation and get me on my way. He was wonderful!

Absolutely loved doctor Anne Terese. She was perfect with my four month old, made the process super seamless, and never had me concerned/worried/anxious at all. She was very informative and educational. Luckily my sweet boy passed his hearing test and I wonu2019t need any more assistance, but if I have any needs in the future I am definitely coming back here! The office was also super friendly and easy to deal with and schedule the appointment. Highly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment online but unfortunately based on what I had going on; It was suggested I see ENT instead. The office and Dr. Grote were very good at explaining this. Despite not getting a full exam, they offered to quickly look in my ear to ensure everything was ok. I appreciate it because he didnu2019t have to do that. Would definitely return here if I need to!

The folks at the Hearing Health Care Center in Manassas are caring and professional. Even though I no longer live in Virginia, I make it a point to use their services when I am passing thru the area. On this latest visit, the office was actually closed because of snow, but Mary Jo Grote came in and helped me because it was the only day I was going to be in town. That is going above and beyond any normal service!

Dr. Grote is committed to helping her patients restore their confidence in themselves. Hearing loss can be such a sensitive and devastating issue. I had been to 2 doctors and 2 audiologists prior to seeing Dr. Grote. I was basically told there was nothing they could do. I was truly happy with the outcome and the solution! Thank you!

I had an appointment to see Mark Grote and based on his extremely professional care for me I will ask for him each time I need assistance with my hearing aids. He explained the less than simple app and also fixed a wire that was broken. My hearing aids have never worked better!
