I recently had my hearing tested at the Long Neck, DE office. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Dr. Boehler explained my test results, made some recommendations and answered any questions I had. I am very happy with the service I received.

Megan was absolutely very professional and helpful. Answered all our questions. We are both retired and just cannot afford your prices for hearing aids. We appreciated the hearing text.

Just met Megan for the first time and she is terrific, personable, and professional. I showed up with 12-year-old hearing aids that needed help. I was sure i would be leaving with new hearing aids. After my hearing test, Megan took my old aids and left. When she came back, I had two circa 2012 aids that were cleaned, repaired, and now working like new ones. She is my hero because she could easily have said I needed a new pair.

I do not typically write reviews but feel I have to after todays experience. So incredibly impressed with the courtesy, attentiveness and service at Next Level Hearing. Brought my elderly dad in without an appointment to their open hours session. They were able to work him into an unscheduled appt, conduct a hearing exam and he walked out with some much needed hearing aids in a few hours. An incredible team with Jennifer at front desk and Vanessa as the hearing specialist. All staff at this place treated us like family. Highly, highly recommend this place!

Professional and caring from the start to finish. Even made the cost associated with the hearing devices more palatable. Felt I was in very good hands.

I had been very satisfied with Coastal Audiology until they sold me my current hearing aids. They were super expensive and they have not been satisfactory for awhile. The test period is not long enough to really see if they work well. I get feedback and when that happens the staff tries to fix them, however, after nearly 2 years I am still experiencing the problem. Now I have a new situation, the hearing aids only hold a charge for about 14 hours. If I get up at 7:00 am they have lost their charge at 9:00 pm. When one needs to wear the aids all the time, that is unsatisfactory. When I called the company I was told that the charge should last for 16 hours. Costal is sending them back to the company, however, they have nothing to lend me while I am waiting for them to be fixed. That is WRONG. Therefore, I asked Costal to send them one at a time, which they said they could do. Now I am waiting. I will never again have a hearing aid with a rechargeable battery built into them, I should have been told about this problem. The aids are Signia, beware if someone tries to sell these to you.

Sold a bill of goods from the get go. Suppose to work with my phone but it didn't happen. Make sure phone is compatible with system otherwise you have spent your good money for nothing. I don't wear my aids because they do not work for me.

I've been very pleased with my care by Dr. Parker and her staff. Professional and friendly service.

Dr. Buck and "Dr. David" explained everything very clearly, and could not have been more helpful. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!
