They took over from another person and was never notified about the warranty expiring UNTIL there was an issue w a hearing aid. Theyu2019ve never offered to renew the warranty. Now there are 2.broken hearing aids and called and she is gone for THREE weeks w NO backup! Youu2019ve got the money from your patients to leave for 3 weeks w no consideration for those people who made the vacation possible? And the person who answered the phone had very broken English and attitude was -I could care less -again the attitude is ALL wrong! I donu2019t think the post office or schools just up and close for 3 weeks without a back up plan!

The team makes it work

This is my first time wearing hearing aids. Got a test and hearing aids yesterday. The one for my right ear was painful at the end of the day. Walked in today for a smaller dome and everything was smooth and quick. Everyone I have met is friendly and supportive.

I enjoy going here. They are very polite, kind and helpful. I can call them with any questions and they will answer them. They will also help between your visits if anything arises.

The Dr. and Brad mills were very Helpful. No one put Presher to buy something. Brad told me how they ajust to Back round noise by themselves which I liked. I have not decided on what Brand to buy. I will have to look around before my choice. Thank you Both for helping me.

My husband recently saw Megan and she performed a hearing test, adjusted the programming on his hearing aids as well as checked them for him. He has had amazing results - aids are so comfortable he forgets they are in place, can hear many more sounds than ever before and is wearing them daily!!! Also, the TV is not blaring as it was before. He is so much better and our communication is so much better too!! Thank you Megan!!!

I had my Initial consulting and testing done which I feel was very thorough. After that I saw David who more questions for me and answered everything I asked very well. Put hearing aids in my ears which showed me the real difference from what I was hearing before to what hearing aids can do for me. My wife called the next day with more questions which they answered without hesitation. I feel they are a great office to deal with.

I went to Seaford Audiology to get ear impressions made for custom earphones. Dr. Buck and her staff were extremely friendly and got me in and out quickly. Overall it was a great experience and if I ever need to have anything else done with an Audiologist, I will definitely look to have it done in their office.

My 90 year old father has been we'll taken care of by Seaford Audiology. They have been very attentive to his hearing needs, and this has improved his quality of life, greatly. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.
