I switched to this location one year ago. Three appointments later and I have found a hearing specialist gem. The office space is clean, open and welcoming. Barbara is a customer care phenom, and Kaitlyn is so knowledgeable, caring, and a very solid technician across the product lines.

The most fun I have had in a professional setting, Barbara was exceptional qualified to handle all the paperwork and make feel comfortable, Katelyn was professional and personable in handling the evaluation and explaining a lot of options available to me.

No need for a hearing test to be anything but delightful. Katelyn and Barbara are wonderful to work with. Katelyn suggested a white noise machine with ocean wave sounds which helps me get right to sleep in spite of the ringing in my ears. Barbara makes you feel welcome and keeps on top of appointments in a polite and professional manner.

Barbara reached out to me and confirmed my appointment, helped me with paperwork and generally made me feel welcomed. My test, administered by Katelyn was professionally explained and performed. She made sure I understood the findings and what my options were going forward. I will never go anywhere else for my hearing care. This place is hands down the best in at least a 3-county area.

Great service and still get great service been back now four times and every time was great. Katelyn makes sure my hearing aids are perfect before I leave. I have had numerous hearing tests and even a pair of hearing aids that did not work I come here and get a pair, 10 times better. I have to be able to hear because of my job and I have a four year old grand daughter who loves to talk to her papaw. I have had hearing loss for about two years and have had hearing test after hearing test I have bought hearing aids and could not get them to work correctly. Then when I was given another hearing test by Katelyn which changed my life afterwards, She gave me a pair to try and again it changed my life instantly I COULD HEAR ! The customer service is excellent. When one hearing aid stopped a week before my son's wedding, they saw me immediately and got parts to fix it. Katelyn makes the perfect adjustments each time I go in. She and Barb make the clinic a welcome place.

Everything went very well at my appointment, and I have ordered some excellent Hearing Aids. After recommending an excellent hearing aid brand, Katelyn worked very well with me to adjust initial settings. When I returned shortly thereafter, she patiently worked with me to adjust the settings. Highly recommended!

I made an appointment, and had an amazing conversation with Barbara,(Really nice person),and got an appointment for the very next day. I went in the next day and another amazing hearing specialist Katelyn was in the office. She was very personable, but also extremely professional. She tested my hearing for free and I found out that I wasn't ready for hearing aids and wasn't charged a penny. I will endorse Next Level Hearing Care with all that I am. I saw Meg (Margaret Cook) as a first follow up after receiving my new Signia hearing Aids at the Manassas Hearing Center - an affiliated office. Her office is a 6 minute round trip from my house vs. a full 2 3/4 hours RT to Manassas. so it's "very convenient" . As expected , with state of the art hearing aids, had "many" issues requiring resolution. Meg is truly talented at understanding the customers description of their problem in their words and translating that into what she knows about the operations of the hearing aids. In my experience that's not easy to do and requires not only a lot of experience but the ability, patience, and willingness to "listen carefully" to what the customer/patient is saying. In Summary, she did an excellent job of resolving most of the problems I was experiencing and that makes me very happy. Not surprisingly, a few problems remain, that may prove more difficult. I'm confident that they will be resolved! On a more personal note, Meg is very outgoing and anxious to please and easy to work and communicate with. It's easy to see how she has been successful in the business for so long. . I don't believe she will ever be satisfied until I am, with the performance of my new hearing aids.
