I had an excellent, comprehensive hearing test with Dr. Megan. She reprogrammed my 2 year old hearing aids, making them work better. She did not try to sell me new ones as my current ones were good and they did not need replacement at this time. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I will return.

On vacation and I broke my receiver in my hearing aid. I made an appointment for same day. After I showed up, they had my hearing aid fixed in less than 10 minutes. Thoroughly impressed and all done with a smile. Thank you for your awesome service!

So far the hearing aids are a blessing. I can hear much better. A soft voice I still have a little problem hearing but everything else is wonderful. I love the way I can answer my phone & talk to others. I can hear & understand what the person on the other end are saying. The first time having my hearing checked and I could not ask for a better experience. From the moment I walked in the door the receptionist was super nice and friendly. The doctor was very nice and explained everything he was doing and why. He had excellent rapport. He listened and answered all my questions. I highly recommend New Level Hearing Care.

I had the most wonderful experience today with Dr Matthew Sabo in the Abingdon office. He was very professional, patient, and caring taking time to make sure I understood everything. The receptionist Brittany welcomed me into the office.

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. They did NOT try to do high pressure upselling or try to sell me services I really didn't need. I had to go to this location to get my hearing aid adjusted/programmed because my local audiologist does not work with my hearing aid brand. At Next Level Hearing, audiologist Mathew said he used to work with the Veterans Administration (KUDOS Matt) and had worked with many makes and models of hearing aids, over the years, and was happy he could help me with mine. He asked many questions to assure I was satisfied with the programming and aswered any questions I had. Will likely return here should I need another hearing aid in the future! .

I have honestly considered going somewhere else, because of the girl that works in the office. She is the first impression of this facility and is a very poor impression. She is extremely rude and cold. She does not acknowledge you when you arrive or when you leave. She does not smile and just give you a cold hard look as though you are an imposition. She is very disrespectful. When my daughter called to schedule an appointment, her response was, u201cshe was just here in December, why is she coming back?u201d My daughter informed me that she was very rude to her throughout the scheduling of the appointment. Not that it is any of her business but every time that I have been in was at the recommendation of my ENT doctor to determine if the course of treatment is working or if we need to adjust. She is not a doctor and should not question the recommendation of a doctor. The only reason that I have continued with Next Level is because of Dr. Matthew Sabo. He genuinely cares and is very kind. He is very professional and takes the time to explain everything. I did bring this to his attention but he informed me that he was not responsible for hiring. This girl should not be working with the public at all. Some people may already feel very vulnerable due to hearing issues and to be treated so rudely and disrespectfully is totally uncalled for and does not leave a good impression for this facility. As much as I like and trust Dr. Matthew Sabo, I may still seriously consider going elsewhere because I find it very degrading to be treated this way.

If I could, I would give them 10 stars! These folks bent over backward to help me make better hearing a reality. I have been thrilled with my outcome. I can hear again! They are caring, compassionate, and professional. They kept working with me till we found a way to make it happen. I am thrilled with my experience. They would not let me become discouraged, no matter what obstacles came along. I really can not say enough good about Dr. Sabo and the rest of the staff at Next Level Hearing Abingdon. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

MY hearing has been going for some time and I decided to do something about as I was tired of missing conversations and asking "Huh" or "What" all the time. Matt not only tested me, but explained what he was doing for each test. I also was pleasantly surprised that the cost of the hearing aides were not quite as expensive as I thought they would be. A fantastic place with friendly and caring people.

I donu2019t want want to leave this review but I have to say Iu2019m deeply disappointed! My entire family has been going to your facility for at least six months! We have always been extremely satisfied until the last couple of months! There used to be this bright cheerful friendly young girl Emily at the front desk! She was always so friendly and giggly when she would call to confirm appointments or when you arrived! Now there is this new young girl who isnu2019t polite or friendly! She calls to confirm appointments and she is as cold as ice! When you arrive at the facility she doesnu2019t acknowledge you at all! Just gives you this dead look! No hi doesnu2019t ask who you are and doesnu2019t even smile! When and if she says anything she is just down right rude and disrespectful! It would be nice to be acknowledged with a hi or have a good day or even a bye! But you get nothing! On the phone she doesnu2019t say goodbye just hangs up! She makes you feel like she doesnu2019t have time to talk to you! We all miss the smiles and friendly conversations we used to have while we were there and the phone calls! Miss Emily could always put a smile on your face in person or on the phone! Now we feel like we are a burden to this new young lady! And she refers to Mrs. Hinkley as Mary instead of using her title! To us this is very disrespectful and very unprofessional! We have to say Mary is still absolutely wonderful and always cheerful! We will continue to visit the facility and Mary! Just wanted you to know how this young lady makes people feel!

This place is absolutely amazing! Mary was extremely knowledgeable in explaining all the options to me. This was my first time considering hearing aids. I wasnu2019t excited about getting them but she helped me understand what I was missing! She has been great at making all the adjustments I needed along the way! She treated me like family! So I have now taken all the parents in my family to get them hearing aids too and they all absolutely love her too! We all would highly recommend her to anyone who is skeptical about needing hearing aids! You won't be sorry!! Thanks you so much Mary!

Dr Mary Hinchey provided superb and very excellent services. She was very attentive to my needs and expectations. She very attuned to providing me with the best options and device that meets my present and future needs. She devoted the time above and beyond to take of me. She did follow ups to make sure my needs and expectations were fulfilled. As an aside, she is very personable. Fantastic service and product. The field needs more like her to help others. Truly devoted and cares.

We always try to take plenty of time with our patients and never want anyone to leave feeling they were rushed in any way. We schedule plenty of time for each appointment, so appointments are not running over. If a patient has to wait, it is a minimal time of maybe 10 minutes at most. We also offer a variety of prices along with either 12 month or 24 month payment plans at 0% interest, and we even offer a 60 month payment plan at a low interest. So if one level of technology isn't affordable for a patient, even with a no interest payment plan, that patient has the option to choose a lower level of technology that is less expensive to accommodate their budget. We certainly enjoy what we do and we hold our patients hearing health care in high regard.

Abingdon Hearing Care is an excellent place to go if you are hearing impaired. The staff treats their patients very well along with the audiologist, Dr. Mary Hinchey who's been nothing but wonderful and caring to all of her patients throughout the years!

If you schedule an appointment here be sure and have them write it down so you can take it with you to prove what date and time your appointment is. The last two times my child had an appointment, they claimed she didnt and then claimed it was a different time. I had an appointment card given to me by them which said otherwise. Perhaps it was because my daughter was referred by the school system. I will be going elsewhere.

My son and I have both had appointments with Mary, the owner and audiologist. She is just as wonderful with adults as kids. She got down on my son's level and went at his speed. She approached everything in a fun manner and when we needed to go back, my son couldn't wait to go!
