My appointment was on time & testing done efficiently.

After having a hearing test and getting a printout of the audio gram, I went to another hearing center to have my hearing aids adjusted. I didnu2019t feel that specialist was very thorough, so I went to Next Level Hearing who I had had good experience with in the past. Jason spent a good amount of time at his laptop and at the end told me I only had 80% of the programming and my previous adjustment was not done properly. And then he said he didnu2019t feel right charging me. My hearing is so much better now!! Itu2019s worth the drive from my house - about 45 min!!

The lady who interviewed me and conducted my hearing test was SO friendly, professional and helpful! She patiently answered the questions I asked, taking her time to make sure that I understood all of her answers. In these days and times it was very refreshing to work with someone who was friendly and helpful...and obviously knew her facts thoroughly.

Brooke is awesome! She always knows exactly what I need when I go in with a problem, and if itu2019s just a small thing, she doesnu2019t even charge me.

Brooke was very professional and thoroughly explained the product, the costs and benefits , plus she investigated our insurance possibilities. She was very friendly and very personable. She referred me to an ENT to first determine if my problem could be fixed before selling me on a hearing device.

I am very pleased with the service I have received in Roanoke since I got my hearing aids about 10 days ago. Brook and Lorena are so pleasant and easy to work with. Of course, I am still getting used to wearing my hearing aids.
